Fabric Sourcing & Inspection
Fabric is sourced from trusted mills and inspected on arrival for GSM, shrinkage, colour fastness, and defect rate before it enters the cutting room.
Cutting & Preparation
Precision cutting using marker-based layouts to minimise wastage. Each cut bundle is tagged and tracked through the production line.
Stitching & Assembly
Assembly on dedicated lines by category — men's, women's, and kids' wear are produced on separate lines to maintain focus and consistency.
Finishing & Quality Check
Every garment passes through finishing — pressing, trimming, and labelling — followed by an inline quality check before packing.
Packing & Dispatch
Packed to buyer specifications — size-wise, colour-wise, or assorted — with full documentation for domestic or export dispatch.
